Here's a site where you can download various games' speed runs that crazy gamers have made. There's even one for Final Fantasy IX (8.5 hours!). Some of them can even be viewed as an embeded flash video, so you won't have to download it (well, it has to be downloaded to view it, but only as a temporary internet file, of course).

Anyway, here it is:
