Please, at leat his rating was honest. I wouldn't rate yours very high either. It's funny...once. Higher than 4.5, but not by much. He also didn't spam the place (there's a place for that...you created it).

It's OMNIGROSS. You've never caught one?
It's colors are all four primaries (when using both color wheels), black, and white. Like MEW, it has the ability to learn any move whatsoever. Not only that, but it learns them all at level 1, so just get a few HEART SCALEs and teach it whatever .
To get it, you must evolve METANG at exactly 12:01am with a SHINY STONE while standing in front of your character's computer (facing it, of course), yelling into the DS microphone "OMNIGROSS!," and scribbling all over the bottom screen with a stylus (or whatever you use for the DS ).
